Participation Formats
- Asynchronous Virtual: Submit a pre-recorded presentation video (hosted on public YouTube or uploaded to REDIIE’s Virtual Campus). This format allows flexible viewing and academic interaction.
- Synchronous Virtual: Participate in a live presentation via Zoom on scheduled dates. This format enables real-time engagement with the academic community.
- Hybrid: Combines asynchronous virtual, synchronous virtual (via Zoom), and in-person sessions. Participants may choose one or more modes depending on availability and relevance to the program.

Note:
- All participants must select their participation format at the time of registration. No changes will be accepted after the confirmation deadline.
- For conferences held in hybrid format, the schedule is organized as follows:
- Day 1 will be dedicated to in-person activities at the official venue of the event.
- Day 2 will feature live (synchronous) virtual presentations via Zoom. The remainder of the day will be free for participants to enjoy optional cultural or tourist activities, which are not included in the registration fee.
- The asynchronous virtual format will be hosted on REDIIE’s Virtual Campus and will run before and after the official event dates, allowing broader access and flexibility for global participants.
