Fernando Vera, PhD, holds dual doctorates—one in Educational Sciences (with a focus on Evaluation and Accreditation) from Chile’s UAC and another with International Doctorate distinction, Cum Laude, from the University of the Basque Country, Spain. He also earned multiple master’s degrees in educational technology, curriculum, administration, and evaluation. As the Founder & CEO of the International Network of Education Researchers (REDIIE) and Editor-in-Chief of Revista Transformar, he spearheads global research collaborations. His leadership includes the PICI project clusters on AI, active learning, digital and professional competencies.
