In order to guarantee the sustainability of REDIIE congresses, all participants in a congress organized by the network must pay a registration fee.
Special discounts apply for REDIIE members and for groups of 3 to 5 people. Registration and payment are strictly individual.
Once registration is completed, the corresponding payment details will be provided:
- Bank transfer for Chilean participants and residents.
- PayPal for international participants.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
The payment notification may be sent within five days after registration. However, payment must be made immediately upon receiving the notification; otherwise, an additional administrative fee of 15%–20% may be applied.
Once the payment has been confirmed, access credentials for the REDIIE Virtual Campus will be provided, from where all proposals are managed, regardless of modality. Each payment allows the submission of up to two proposals, with a maximum of five authors per proposal. Please note that each author must be registered and have completed their individual payment in order to participate and receive certification.
Registration periods and fees
The registration process includes four periods, each with differentiated fees:
- First call – Reduced fee (early bird).
- Second call – Regular fee with moderate discount.
- Third call – Fee with progressive increase.
- Regular call – General fee without discounts.
If payment is not made within the established deadline, the proposal will not be reviewed, nor will access credentials to the Virtual Campus be issued. Additionally, an extra charge of 15% to 20% may be applied to reactivate the process.
Submission of Proposals
Once payment has been completed, a summary of up to 150 words must be submitted, accompanied by five keywords, and including co-authors when applicable. See an example of an approved REDIIE abstract
Payment grants the right to submit up to two summaries, both eligible for publication in the Book of Proceedings (with ISSN or ISBN, as determined by the corresponding conference).

Additionally, manuscripts derived from these summaries may be submitted for evaluation for potential publication in Revista Transformar.
Refunds
Refunds apply only in the event of the cancellation of the conference. In such cases, 70% of the amount paid will be reimbursed, with the remaining 30% retained to cover administrative expenses.
No refunds will be issued in cases of postponement or changes in modality (virtual, hybrid, or in-person).
