In an increasingly complex world marked by rapid digitalization and global socio-environmental challenges, it is imperative to build bridges between disciplines, territories, and systems of knowledge. EduConverge 2026 – First International Conference on Global Convergence in Higher Education, organized by the International Education Researchers Network (REDIIE), serves as a pioneering platform for academic exchange, interdisciplinary dialogue, scientific collaboration, and the co-construction of knowledge in higher education.
This asynchronous virtual event ensures broad, inclusive, and flexible participation, promoting the free circulation of ideas across borders, institutions, and academic fields. An optional in-person closing session will be held in Santiago, Chile, to foster international networking and institutional engagement.
EduConverge 2026 seeks to promote multidisciplinary academic dialogue and international collaboration in response to the urgent challenges of our interconnected world. The conference encourages the integration of diverse perspectives, educational experiences, and research-based proposals that contribute to innovation, transformation, and social relevance in higher education.
In its inaugural edition, EduConverge 2026 will bring together eight key areas of knowledge whose convergence is essential to understanding and addressing 21st-century challenges: Education, Economics, Engineering, Health, Law, Psychology, Sociology, and Mining.

🌐 Proposals are accepted in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, including completed, partial, or ongoing studies.

- Submissions are welcome in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- For operational reasons, a REDIIE conference may be modified, postponed, or canceled.
- The virtual modality of this conference will take place entirely on the REDIIE Virtual Campus.
- The registration fee applies per speaker.
- Participation in the on-site meeting in Santiago, Chile has an additional cost.
- Discounts apply based on REDIIE membership type and for groups (3–5 people).
